Pedometer records the number of your steps.
From this it calculates your calories burned, distance, time and maximum speed.Altimeter works only if your device has a pressure sensor.
The usage is self-explanatory , just click on "Start" to record your steps.
Swipe to the left or click on the tabs at the top of the screen to see the graphics for different periods.
Before you get started, provide your size, weight, etc.
(see "Settings").
Otherwise calories burned and distance won't be calculated properly.
For some older devices the steps cannot be recorded when the device is in sleep mode.
This deficiency is entirely due to the nature of the device and is not a fault of the App.
If your device doens't have a builtin step-counter sensor, the App uses it's own acceleromater based algorithm.
